The Labuan Building Project - Turning Over the Key

As we mentioned earlier, the bldg. has been divided into three section. One third (right side of bldg) is the canteen.
The middle is the library's quiet room and the left side is the main library and conference room.

The landscaping or beauty of the front is a must, which is the norm in the Philippines, sometimes more emphasis is given
on the beauty outside than the inside of the building. Since inside is already beautiful, the building
committee agreed to landscape the front.

A lady from New Jersey who was invited to be the guest speaker has donated construction material and plants.
The local labor force provided free labor. The front is so beautiful as you can see it here. Everyone is happy, outside is also a beauty.

The teachers and pupils promised to maintained it all year round.
