        To all our civic spirited kababayans working abroad: The Municipal Health Center of Sto. Tomas has its mission to provide the best and most accessible medical services to its people. However, due to the need of huge amount and the scarcity of fund to procure medical equipments such as EKG/ECG Machine (PhP 96,000.00), OB Gyn Instruments/Delivery Set (PhP18,000.00) and Doppler Machine (PhP 26,000.00), we, the staff and employees of Sto. Tomas Health Center would like to appeal to you, our benevolent town mates working abroad, any assistance that you could extend for the realization and accomplishment of such mission for the benefit of our less fortunate people of Sto.
