POLARIS
Laging pinagmamasdan sa gabing mapanglaw
Kislap mo sa gabi'y singliwanag ng ilaw
Sa paglabas ng bahay ikaw ang natatanaw
Sa aking damdamin ikaw ang pumupukaw.
Sa tapat ng bahay ikaw ay kitang-kita
Paglabas pa lang ika'y masisilayan na
Kakaibang pakiramdam aking nadarama
Tunay na ligaya and iyong dala-dala.
Ikaw ang bukod tangi sa lahat ng bituin
Kasing ningning ng aking mithiin
Tulad ng pangarap na kay hirap abutin
Ngunit dahil sa sikap ito'y naaangkin.
Pagsapit ng umaga ikaw ay aalis
Di ko lang nasilayan ang iyong pagalis
Ilang kislap lang na sadyang kay bilis
Tunay ngang natatangi ang bituing Polaris...

Come to think of it ... ano nga ba tlaga ibig sabihin nun? others say its a "kalokohan" while other ~ palipas oras. ganun din pagkakaintindi ko dun before .... Til' one time, i came across this profile who somewhere in between got my attention. the profile belongs to a guy name JOHN RAY TOMBOC. After reading his profile, i emailed him immediately for i wanted him to know how interested I am in knowing him and how serious i want him for a friend. Knowing the fact that were miles away, the constant exchange of messages and text made us close, close enought to exchange ideas and advises regarding Love matters, his relationship as well as mine.... Mababaw as u may think but these ~ we consider are the things that led us into calling one another The BEST of FRIENDS... Yes, its kinda weird ... but believe me if two friends vowed to be bestfriends ... no miles and humor can crack its foundation and honesty. Masarap pala ang pakiramdam ng alam mong may makikinig and makikiramay sayo kahit boring story mo and feeling mo wala kang kakampi... yun ang naging main role namin sa isa't- isa. Nung time na nawalan yun cellphone ko,si best friend agad naisip ko. andun kse complete address nya pati cellphone number. Wala akong maiyakan xe ni hindi ko manlang sya ma-text. 2 1/2 months have past ... finally having a cellphone again ~ i excitedly texted him w/ a quote ... Hearing the beep of my cell, i know ~ reply na toh' ni best..... But it wasnt, my world collapse after reading his sister's reply.... John Ray ... my best friend is gone ....a couple of months ago na ... Hindi ko na napigilan umiyak for i know my life will never be the same again... My bestfriends is gone ... wala ng makikinig and magse-sermon sakin pag may tinarayan ako or may inindian ako na kadate. Wala narin ako makukulit every time wala ako magawa ... Grabe, hindi lang pala basta-basta ang pagiging mag best friend namin. Isa pala syang napaka-laking bahagi ng buhay ko ...isang dahilan para mag smile ako sa isang araw, ................................... isa sa mga taong kumukumpleto sakin. Maaaring natatawa parin ang iba sakin dahil sa pinapakita kong lungkot dahil sa pagkawala ng isang "cyber friend", pero wala na akong pakialam .... Isipin na nila gusto nilang isipin, pero para sakin isa itong magandang karanasan, dahil dun .. nakakilala ako ng isang tunay na kaibigan, a friend na alam kong mananatili at mabubuhay sa loob ng isip at puso, di lang sakin kundi sa lahat ng mga kaibigan at kakilala nya.

There's always a reason to live in this world. Reasons that are often goes across in any individual mind, an individual that sometimes
even wonder what it was like or what are these purposes of being able to feel lost, loneliness and often sometime emptiness.
But then...there's happiness, a feeling in prosperous well-being and contentment. A sentiment. Feels like you just conquered the world. The world that you thought you'll never find no matter how hard you have searched, how long you have waited, and most of all, to know what it was you were looking for.
For me...I guess i can say my searching is over, not only in my dreams but in reality as well. 'cause as you came along within you. I've felt that reason....A reason for me to live for....

I'd help keep you from stumbling over Things blocking your path to an open door. If I light your path, life is easier, Even strong winds, my light will not deter. No matter what, I'm here for you To cheer you up when you are blue. Do not fret when times get tough, If things look down or kind of rough. Just remember, I'm always here, In your heart, close and near. I will help you out in every way, Happiness and love in your heart will stay. Don't blow me out, that's one request Unless it's me you do detest. I do not try to hurt anyone That isn't good or any fun. Again,I begin to leaf through your pages. And each time I leave a page, I am also leaving a
part of me behind. The part of me now left to
memories alone.How long ago was it? More than a year I guess. You were a Christmas present to me and you were the best that had ever happened to me. I had always wanted to have you. And indeed you came but then, he came too.And he was the next thing that ever happened to me. Then, there were the three of us- you and him and me.
Now as I go over your pages, I can see my own true self reflected in every word I have written for the past thirteen months. Everything happened so fast, right? Was it only yesterday when the world seemed to be sorrounded by a rainbow? I can still clearly remember how much time I'ved devoted to you. The sharing, the laughter and the tears. And you always seem to be there, eager to listen-because for me then you were "real".At the recessesment of my mind, you were there, you existed and I loved you. I trusted you with my whole life. You were a friend, a companion, a confidante. During times when I was feeling so low, you seemed to say "it is okay coz, just pour your feelings out- Kitti will understand. Kitti- yah, that's how I called you and you always seemed so real, Kitti. The only thing wrong with you was that I could not feel you- you've got no arms to embrace me. Nevertheless, I was always content to have you as my "precious diary". Yet, I never really dreamed everything would end this way. Perhaps he was not meant for me. It was only later that I realized that he was gone for good. Then, forgetting him became the hardest part. How could I, when we had shared so many happy memories. Wow! what a pain. But still life must goes on. I realized, I could not forever live in the past, or else I will end up losing- my real self.
