| Ingredients: String Beans (Sitaw) 1 bundle Eggplant (4 pcs) Okra (1 pack) Side pork (1/2 lbs) cut into cubes with fat Onion - cut into cubes Ginger (2 inch - cut) Tomato (5 pcs) Squash (cut into cubes) MSG (Optional) 5 spoons of Bagoong (fish) or Shrimp Bagoong |
Directions: 1. Put the side pork into a large cooking container (spread). 2. Add 1/2 cup of water and 5 spoons of bagoong (fish) or bagoong alamang 3. Put the onion and ginger (in layer) 4. Put the the string beans, okra, eggplant (in layer) 5. Spread the tomato on top of your cooking container. 6. Cook it into slow fire - with lead on and do not mix the vegetable until its nearly cook. 7. Once the sauce is nearly dried remove cover and add the squash on top and mix everything. Note: Other’s may not like the smell of the bagoong, so you can cook this outside. |
