Pork Spare Ribs with Pineapple

| Ingredients: 1 slab of pork spare ribs 6 clobes of Garlic 1 medium size onions 1 red bell pepper ( add more to your likings) 6 boiled eggs 9 grain of whole black pepper Bay leaves 1/4 cup Tomato sauce and soy sauce Asparagus 1 can of pineapple ( round) |
Directions: 1. Cut the spare ribs into halves or three if it is long 2. Clean and cut the red bell pepper lenght wise 3. Cut the asparagus into half ( remove the hard part ) 4. Saute the garlic till it is brown and add the onions and next to go is the spare ribs. Add 1/2 cup of watera nd bring to boil; add more water until the meat is tender or when it is almost falling off from the bone.Add the red bell pepper on the first boil.At this time add your bay leaves and black pepper. 5. Add your tomato sauce before it will get dry and the soy sauce for taste. 6. Asparagus you are next- don't over cooked it. Lightly blanch the asparagus before adding your pineapple.Add seasoning if you wish. 7. It is best served while it is still hot and put your sliced eggs on top and some greens around the plate for decor. 8. Steam rice of course. 9. Always modify. |
