Camaron Rebusado

| Ingredients: 1/2 kilo Shrimp 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp.lemon juice 1 egg beaten 1 cup cold water 1 1/2 tsp.baking powder 1 1/2 cup flour salt and black pepper to taste |
Directions: 1. Shell shrimps,sprinkle with salt and lemon juice and set aside. 2. Mix flour,baking powder, salt and pepper. 3. Combine egg with cold water, gradually add to flour mixture stirring to form a smooth paste. 4. Take one shrimp at a time and fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. |
