Bangus Tinocho

| Ingredients: 1 good size bangus(cut in 3 pcs) 4 talong (cut or sliced) 2 ampalaya (cut or sliced) ginger sliced 1 little jar of soy bean curd(tahori) mild 3cups hugas -bigas garlic onion patis or salt &msg cooking oil |
Directions: 1. Fry bangus and set aside 2. On a separate cooking pan,stir fry garlic ,ginger,onion 3. Add 3 cups of hugas-bigas then let it boil 4. Add about 4tbsp of tahori(soy ben curd) 5. Add fried bangus 6. Add talong and ampalaya and patis or salt and msg to taste. Serve with rice, make sure there is a wheelbarrow handy just in case you eat too much. |
