Cassava Cake

Ingredients:
2 pkgs. frozen cassava
2 cans coconut milk (chaokoh)
3 tbsps. butter (american beauty) softened
3 eggs
1 bottle macapuno
1 tsp. vanilla
toppings:
1 can coconut milk
1 cup dark brown sugar (domino)
Directions:
1.  Mix the above together except the toppings. Pour the mixture into lightly buttered baking glass pan(19x9 in.)and shake it to level the mix ture. Cook at 35O degrees for about 30 min's. While waiting for 30 min's. boil the toppings till thickens then pour on top of the cake. Cook till dry. Bon a petit!!!!
