Sisig - Lambong style

Ingredients:
Onion - 1
Ginger - (6 inches long)
Black Pepper
Side Pork (with fat) 3 lbs
Pork ears (optional)
Pork chick (optional)
Vinegar (datu puti) 1/2 cup
Soy Sauce (Silver Swan) 1/2 cup
Seasoning, salt and lemon (optional)
Jalapeno or Sili (2 pcs)
Directions:
1.  Marinate the side pork with soy sauce, vinegar, pound garlic (1 hour).
2.  Cut the onion and ginger and mixed it into a big container (1/4 size) with half a cup of vinegar and soy sauce, black pepper and jalapeno.
3.  Barbecue the meat and cut into small pieces (1/4 size) (charcoal if possible)
4.  Mixed everything and add any additional items to satisfy yourself how a good cook you are.
